Under this initiative, the enactment of the proposed Digital Asset Basic Act in the second half of the year has gained significant momentum. The government has unveiled a blueprint to standardize market conduct supervision, establish cross-border stablecoin transaction frameworks, and actively support Capital Markets Act amendments to facilitate domestic spot digital asset ETFs.
