      • Institutional Regulatory Convergence: Financial authorities, government ministries, and parliamentarians have formed a coordinated front demanding immediate regulatory rationalization and market institutionalization. The Financial Services Commission (FSC) declared its commitment to permitting corporate participation this year to rebalance the retail-driven market, identifying it as a crucial prerequisite for phase two legislation. Concurrently, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups officialized its drive for regulatory flexibility during an inaugural industry dialogue, while key leaders in the National Assembly pledged to fast-track the Digital Asset Basic Act and stablecoin frameworks by year-end, signaling a swift resolution to long-standing institutional barriers.
