  • Preemptively Establishing Payment and Settlement Infrastructure to Capture Early Market Share as Digital Asset Frameworks Formalize

Digital asset infrastructure specialist BDACS is actively expanding its stablecoin business to systematically diversify its enterprise revenue model. While core custody services remain a foundational pillar of the business, the firm is building an integrated stablecoin ecosystem to generate highly predictable, recurring revenue streams and secure long-term market expansion.

According to industry sources, BDACS is finalizing strategic frameworks for institutional stablecoin utilization. As macroeconomic timelines evolve, creating a resilient, multi-layered financial infrastructure has become a key strategic priority. Once integrated into commercial payment and settlement networks, the stablecoin ecosystem is positioned to offer a comprehensive suite of issuance, custody, reserve management, and enterprise wallet infrastructure, positioning the firm to unlock continuous value for institutional clients.

To spearhead this transition, BDACS launched “KRW1,” a stablecoin backed 1:1 by South Korean Won (KRW). Moving beyond simple token issuance, KRW1 focuses strictly on transparent reserve management, secure custodial architectures, real-time on-chain verification, and enterprise-friendly operational infrastructure. To guarantee maximum stability, KRW1 maintains full fiat backing with cash reserves safely deposited in leading South Korean commercial banks, establishing a powerful baseline of institutional trust.

Strategic Infrastructure Readiness for Long-Term Enterprise Growth

Rather than waiting for regulatory frameworks to completely finalize, BDACS is focusing heavily on securing core technical capabilities and global compliance standards. This proactive stance ensures that the firm can move with maximum agility the moment institutional market participation opens globally.

The firm has already successfully executed its Proof of Concept (PoC) encompassing the entire stablecoin lifecycle, including fiat deposit mechanisms, token minting, and real-time on-chain auditing.

Furthermore, BDACS has expanded its multi-chain deployment strategy to maximize accessibility for global enterprises. KRW1 has been successfully verified across prominent global blockchain networks, including Polygon, BNB Chain, Plume, and Avalanche mainnet. This extensive technical groundwork is designed to ensure that institutions and enterprises can rapidly deploy KRW1 for Real-World Asset (RWA) settlements and investment infrastructures once legal and policy frameworks are fully established.

Forging Premier Ecosystem Partnerships

BDACS continues to accelerate its enterprise footprint through high-profile ecosystem collaborations. In February, the firm signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Com2uS Holdings, aiming to co-develop digital financial models and compliant payment infrastructures utilizing KRW1.

Concurrently, BDACS is actively co-developing an institutional stablecoin payment model with Wemade. This initiative involves integrating BDACS’s secure corporate custody wallets directly with Wemade’s stablecoin-focused mainnet, “StableNet.” The two companies are also co-designing rigorous reserve management frameworks and short-term asset optimization structures to maximize operational transparency and market trust.

“A KRW-based stablecoin will serve as a critical gateway for institutions and enterprises seeking to leverage blockchain-based financial services,” a BDACS representative stated. The representative added, “As major global economies progressively establish clear stablecoin legal frameworks, the direction of policy will naturally clarify. Our priority is to expand real-world use cases in B2B payments, corporate settlements, and asset management while maintaining an ironclad trust framework that seamlessly bridges traditional finance with the digital asset economy.”
